Hotel Incontro Centro Vacanze Peschici

For the price of 14 euro my fish dish (grilled gilthead) was much too small (maybe as appetizer). It was served with 2 pieces of lime, which was actually the only taste in this meal (I doubt the chef has ever heard something about spices). As side dish I got some fries for 3,50 euro. After adding the obligatory 3 euro fees - they called it fees for plates and dishes :-) it rounded the final price up to 19,- euro...and you haven't ordered any drinks yet. Conclusion: I cannot recommend this restaurant at all, even they made a mistake in the final bill, by just adding 1 euro more for my fish dish!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at a very popular restaurant in my city. I expected to have a pleasant evening and enjoy quality food, but unfortunately everything turned out to be quite unsatisfactory. First of all, I must underline the disproportionate prices which I consider absolutely unjustified. Not only was the cost of the dishes excessive compared to the quality of the food, but the drinks were also unusually priced. Without exaggeration, I would say that we spent more than we are used to for a dinner in a high-end restaurant. Unfortunately, however, the quality of the dishes was not equal to the investment made. My terrible experience is not only limited to the prices, but also concerns the terrible quality of the food. The dishes were attractively presented, but when we tasted them, we were disappointed. The pasta was overcooked, the flavors were bland and the main dishes were cold. I don't know if it was just bad luck or if it's the norm in that place, but I definitely can't recommend it to anyone. Furthermore, the table service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. We waited a long time to be served, we had to call the waiters several times and, when they finally arrived, they were not friendly or helpful. Honestly, I didn't expect five-star treatment, but at least a minimum of courtesy and attention would have made the difference. In conclusion, my experience at this venue was one of the worst I've ever had. The outrageous prices and the terrible quality of the food combined with poor service make me regret having chosen this place for a special evening. I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone and I sincerely hope that the management takes measures to improve the situation.

Every summer it's a pleasure to come back, breathing the freedom of the holiday while feeling at home is all you need to feel good! The location of the hotel is excellent: very close to the sea, staff who are never rude and always available. In love with the rooms with a small balcony overlooking Peschici ♥️. Oh I forgot eating a lot and well makes the difference...

I was in this hotel 1 week ago and I had a terrible time, apparently clean rooms but dirty sheets so much so that blisters appeared on my legs. There was no hot water, icy water, impossible to wash my body and hair as I also had dinner and was at the beach that day, we reported it to the reception and they made us speak to 3 different people, and then in the end they told us that they couldn't help us because the rooms were all occupied and the water pump had broken and the plumber was arriving the next day (i.e. when I was leaving). I do not recommend rude and uncaring staff as well as very small and dirty rooms.

We were happy to find out about Hotel Incontro and especially Incontro restaurant. Fair prices and high quality! We're leaving home already with the desire to come back again!:) Thanks to everyone who works at "Incontro" for the wonderful time we spent with you! I recommend to everyone who wants to spend a good holiday in Peschici! :) ❤️🔝
